Headaches

in 3rd Trimester
I've never been one to suffer from headaches but I had the worst headaches in the 1st trimester. They went away about 18 weeks, but before they went away it seemed as if there was nothing i could do to get relief! The past couple of days I've been having those head aches ever since! Please tell me that my 1st trimester headaches are not coming back?!

    Could they maybe be sinus related?  I had headaches for about two months solid, and they turned out to be some really bad sinusitis.

    I was the same way... I had a bunch of headaches during 1st tri and then nothing 2nd and most of 3rd tri... Now they're back but I think they're sinus related as pp mentioned... I suffer from chronic sinusitis so it doesn't surprise me if that's what they're stemming from!

    sounds silly, but make sure you're drinking enough water. also monitor whether they could be from your sugar levels dropping. when i talked to my dr about my nagging everyday headaches, she said that if my sugar drops it could cause them and to try eating something high in protein. she said that's likely my problem since i've had such a sweet tooth this trimester. i also get them if i'm sleeping wrong - not enough pillow support or too much pillow which means my neck gets lifted up too much & both of them pull the muscles going into the back of my head. that gives me the WORST headache ever.
