Yes, I'm asking about a hospital bag. I just packed it, and don't think I need anything else, but wanted to see what everyone else is bringing. I'm getting ready very early, last time I had DS at 35 weeks, so one can never prepare too soon.
My list is; camera and batteries, mouthwash, robe and slippers, toothpaste & toothbrush, soap and lotion and a bring baby home outfit.
Whats in your bag?
Re: No-no topic question...
Even though this was my second time, I overpacked our bag again
. Honestly, the things that are on your list {plus a few side snap t-shirts for my daughter, my camcorder & lap top} are the only things I used while I was there. I'm glad I took the extra shirts b/c the ones in the hospital were too big for her & the hospital staff stated that was the only size they had.
GL on the birth of your new little miracle!!
I haven't been able to bring myself to pack the bag yet, but in addition to the items on your list I also want to bring my own pillows, make sure we have change/cash for vending machines, some kind of massage tool (like a tennis ball even would be ok), hard candies/mints, clothes for DH, chapstick, nursing bra/top/nightgown, nursing pillow.
I'll love you forever,
I'll like you for always,
As long as I'm living my baby you'll be.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! How did I forget to pack clothes for ME? lol, man, I'm glad I asked
2 pairs of yoga pants for me, 1 tank, 2 tshirts, pants and extra shirt for DH, toiletries for us both too (been stocking up on travel size to make it easier), 2 outfits for LO, camera, extra batteries, baby book....and that's about it for now.
OH and new insurance forms...
Nursing bras/ pads? An outfit for you to wear home?
Can't think of much else- I used everything from the hospital and lived in my hospital gown while I was there. Had a c/s so I couldn't move around much anyways!
