We are set to do ET tomorrow with our one and only embie (had mature 3 eggs, all fertilized normal but only 1 is looking good...other 2 arrested over the last day or so). Anyone have a success story to share with a SET? I am trying to muster all the positive energy and hope that I can.

Retrieved 4 eggs, did ICSI and got one embie. At 3 day ET, it was a six cell embryo, so we weren't all that hopefull. We are 21 weeks along, It can work! GL
A little different scenario, but along the same lines:
We retrieved 12 eggs. Only 3 fertilized normally with ICSI. On our day 3 transfer, only 2 were still in the running- they both stuck.

we had 11 eggs. only 2 fertilized at all! i was really disappointed and none made it for freezing.
ETA - one egg was a grade 2 and the other a grade 3.

I originally had success with a SET.... we transferred 1 blast and it stuck over the winter. (It later split into identical twins and I lost them both due to factors other than the SET, though.)
SETs do work.... I have 2 friends that have children from single embryo transfers. Best of luck!
