How's it going with PTing?

Just like to know what's working for you and what's not?  I have had my DD in training panties for 2 weeks now and I put her in pull-ups in public and nap and bedtime.  She will go in the potty number 1 & 2...but if I am not there to bribe her to sit on the potty then she has an accident.  What to do?  I really want her to tell me when she has to go.. will this ever happen?  How long did it take for your LO to tell you when he/she had to go...I am getting pretty frustrated and I am just about ready to quit!

    It could be really frustrating i know! Dd wouldn't tell me and all summer while I was off I spent the time worrying about the time and wondering when to try to get her on. It really just happens. One day she just said mommy I have to go pee pee and that was it. She was pooping also but she had seemed to regress with that and I'm hoping she'll start doing that on the potty again. You can read my aggravated posts way down. I was ready to give up multiple times. Just hang in  there. Liv was night time trained way before day time lol i stopped giving her liquids 2 hours before bed with the occasional sip of water
