Pumpkin Spiced and Iced Cookies (NBR)

I just thought I would share this it is an AWESOME recipe!! I baked them this morning, and they are sooo gooey and fall festive <33 The only alterations I make is I skip the walnuts since no one in my fam likes them, add about a teaspoon cinnamon and a teaspoon nutmeg. I also sub crisco shortening for butter, and I let my oldest daughter dye the icing pumpkin orange ( 8 green drops, 4 pink drops. ) as opposed to white. My youngest got to stir the icing.. I'll post pics in a little while. But they are soooo yummy!
