? about recording illness on ff

do you just record it on days you have a fever or the whole time you have a cold?

    It depends how sick I am if I record.

    I am just getting over a very, very slight cold...so I didn't record it.

    If I was throwing up or had a fever or a worse cold I would record for the days I felt like shiit.

    there are two different boxes, only the fever box discards the temps, so it is up to you what you mark as illness.  I personally mark any sickness with or without fever as illness, because even a cold can mess up your sleep.
