That I have woke up to me choking because I have gotten sick in my sleep. I don't know what is wrong but its driving me insane!!!!!

    I have had that once or twice.  I think it is from reflux, a bit of food comes up when you are laying flat and triggers the gag reflex.  Try to sleep with your head and shoulders propped up a bit and see if it helps.
