I plan on exclusively breastfeeding but want to have a pump on hand for times when I might need DH to feed the baby or my mom to babysit. Since I don't plan on using it often (at least as far as I can imagine - this is my first baby), I don't want to spend several hundred dollars on a fancy pump. Can anyone recommend a pump that isn't too expensive for occasional use? Thanks so much!
Re: Looking for pump suggestions
I'm a SAHM and still find my PISA VERY helpful. I would recommend a dual pump and NOT a manual. It will be much quicker to pump- you don't want to sit there for 30 minutes + to get one bottle, you know?
I like to keep a pretty good freezer stash just in case and honestly we use it a lot. When we go out, I usually bring a bottle if I can't think of an easy place to NIP. On normal days though, we hardly ever give him a bottle but I still like to keep about 15+ bottles in the freezer just in case.
Good luck and congrats on your baby!
This! Diapers.com has had it on sale lately.
