Do I Need Two Diaper Bags?

Is there any use for two diaper bags? I have a diaper bag, and then DH's Nana got us one too. I feel bad taking it back plus it has more compartments than the one I got does, but I like mine better. WWYD? TIA

Some people get his/her diaper bags. Others have two - one for their personal use, one for daycare. Some have different sized ones for their needs based on how long they'll be out. HTH

I'm planning on getting 2...a Vera Bradley one that's quite large and then a small sling/hands-free one that I registered for for quick trips to the store, etc.

I received a couple at my shower and I'm going to keep all of them..diaper bags can be expensive and you never know if something will happen to one, etc.

I have 2, but have only used one of them so far. If I want a change I'll switch it up, but not necessary at all.

At the advice of several friends, we are getting at least two. One for me. One for DH. Men will rarely re-stock the diaper bag.

I will have my own diaper bag and then my fiance will have his own diaper bag. I also received a smaller diaper bag as a gift from my shower and I will be putting some items in that and keeping it in my car, because I am pretty famous for forgetting things.

I have a larger one for daycare (Carter's) and a smaller one for the rest of the time (Petunia Pickle Bottom)....

I only ever used one with DS. I got a bigger one this time since I'll have snacks and stuff for my toddler plus baby stuff, but I only plan on using that one.

Some people like having a smaller one for quick trips, but I just used one of my big purses in those cases.

I have four so far. I like to switch purses offten, so I assume I will want to with diaper bags as well.

I too am a bag whore. I was given 3 at my baby shower, a coach, eddie bauer, and LL bean tote. I figure the coach I'll use most ofthe time, the eddie bauer is for dh and the ll bean tote i'll keep in the car with extra toys, change of clothes, extra diapers, ect. Can never be too prepared, right?

With my daughter I had about 10 of them. I switched diaper bags like purses. You never know when there will be a spill and you will need to change them. Plus I always kept one in the car, when you have an infant you dont always remember to grab everything. I would find myself in a rush alot and would have died or been constantly late (which is a pet peeve of mine) had i not kept a small spare in my backseat! Trust me that 2nd, 3rd, or 4th one will come in handy!

We will have at least two. DH has decided I need a Kate Spade diaper bag which I am not going to argue. He will have his own that is less purse like.

Probably unnecessary to have 2 but you never know. I have 2, one I bought, a Coach one, then the free one I got. The free one will be used for daycare, to leave at daycare with LO's supplies.

you also will most likely get a free/cheapie one from the hospital - thats the one i plan to use for daycare.

so far i just have one, although a friend bought me a cute tote bag in a pattern i like that i may use for casual day trips like to the beach or whatnot (when i dont want to get my Vera bradley one all sandy).....

I ended up with 3 for ds.. 2 vera bradleys and a petunia pickle bottom.. This time I will use one of the 3 I already have ( 2 are blue and 1 is pink and purple) but I am also going to get a new petunia pickle bottom bag.. I love bags its an addiction! So I will ahve 2 that I can go back and forth between.
