XP: Come in if you have a glider!

I like the Shermag gliders and plan on ordering one tomorrow.  Is it worth it to get one that reclines or one that has a nursing footrest (you know, the slanted piece of wood that is part of the ottoman)?  A lot of them don't seem to have either!

    Yes! My glider reclines and I use that more than I glide...however I don't use mine too often bc we have a lazy boy in the living room, otherwise I would.

    My glider has both options but if I had to pick one, I would say the BFing stool.  It is so much easier to have my feet raised and feeding her.  Much more comfortable too.  I really only use the reclining option when I want to take a quick nap because DD is napping.

    Mine reclines and I love that feature. I just bought the $20 nursing stool that Medela makes and saved $$ and floor real estate by not buying the ottoman.

    i have the shermag that locks into various recline positions and it has an ottoman. i use the ottoman ALL the time. The recline position i only use when LO falls asleep on my lap and i nap too.

    but regardless, i use the chair everyday, several times a day.
