Just started the GD diet Monday, and I am always really hungry in between meals!
I'm allowed 30 carbs per snack. I've been doing either 9 triscuits with 2 laughing cow cheeses or a yogurt & apple.
I'm at a loss for what to eat that will fill me up and be ok for carbs!!!

I get the White Wheat bread, and it says it's 21 carbs(?) for 2 slices. So, I sometimes make a peanut butter sandwich and have carrots. Oh, and then sometimes I add a sugar free jello to that. Hope that helps a little.
You can pretty much have any snack that you like as long as you stay in you carb limit and pair it with a protein to help keep the glu from spiking. Some ideas - Graham crackers w/ peanutbutter, pita chips with hummas, a small bowel of cereal with skim milk or low fat milk, yogurt with walnuts or almonds, half of a turkey sandwich.
