I am a turtle (vent )

Its official ...I am a turtle flipped over on her shell when I lay in bed . I wake up to pee in the middle of the night and its like a frickin dance routine to get out of bed . I not only wake myself up completly but my S/O to lol . oh the joys of pregnancy ....Im done with it , Im ready for baby !!! (vent over )

    Completely there with you.  I feel like I no longer sleep at this point.  My DH asked me the other morning if I was feeling ok and I asked why.  He said bc I was up like every hour.  I said nope just trips to the bathroom.  I think for a long time he has been able to sleep through my efforts in and out of bed but no longer.   

     Our dog has hated it for months now though, she has given up sleeping with us in the bed anymore.

    The worst is at the OB office... I can't even roll over to get off the exam bed! I said those exact words on Thursday and my OB cracked up... guess she's never heard that before.

    I knwo what you mean! DH still manages to sleep through anything, though. The other night I woke up in agony with charlie horses in both calves and was writhing in pain, seriously flopping all over like the girl in the Excorcist, and DH didn't budge. Oh to sleep like that for just one night!

    Oh my gosh, I relate!  Although I've been describing it like a beetle on its back...but I like turtle much better!  Yeah, the bathroom trips are hard, but the absolute worst is when I'm in bed, get one of those leg cramps from hel!, and have to somehow figure out how to throw the covers off, unlatch myself from the body pillow and move it out of the way, jump out of bed to stop the cramp without stepping on any dogs, cats, slippers, or other assorted things on the floor, all without waking up DH.  Of course, this generally doesn't work too well, so he ends up attempting to push me out of bed in an effort to help...
