ikea stuff

I really love stuff from Ikea and they don't offer a registry or anything. Has anyone else bought baby stuff from there?

    I love Ikea stuff. I LOVE the wardrobes, and I love the crib sheets.

    We bought a lamp for the nursery there.  I wanted something with softer lighting, so we got a lantern type table lamp, made of cream colored muslin.  It has a dimmer switch too...great for using in the middle of the night!

    I haven't gotten anything for the nursery from IKEA, however, my entire dining room is filled with IKEA furniture, and I LOVE IT.  The thing I love most about my dining room stuff is that they always design with function in mind, and my parson's chairs have removable slipcovers that you can launder or just pay 30 to replace the cover rather than having to replace the whole darn chair if someone spills like many other brands.  I know the aforementioned doesn't directly translate into baby furniture, but I've always found their products to be very functional and very reasonable in terms of quality for cost.

    Yep. I registered for the IKEA Gulliver cribs using Amazon. All three were bought!
