i must keep good den. I am officially 40 weeks today and he won't come out! I dont want to be induced. I walk and stay active, eat spicy food, can't have sex so what else is there? Doctors appointment Tuesday and if he isn't here by then they will schedule induction. As of Tuesday I was 3cm 60% effaced so what is the deal-e-o?

I've heard if you do a lot of squats it can help. But who knows, as you know baby is gonna come when baby wants to come. Good luck!!!

I have heard everything under the sun this point from people and DS isn't coming til he is ready or an induction I feel. I had a break down this morning when my mom stopped by our house - I am just so sick of people asking and telling me how I need to do this or that. I think she finally realized how bad the waiting was getting to me.

Yeah, I did 80 squats last night, took a little over an hour walk and had a long relaxing shower. I've done this for the past couple of days. I also had my membranes stripped on Thursday. I've been having some weak contractions, but nothing note worthy. I really would love to meet this baby soon!
