We're planning on using this color on the walls, with dark furniture, black and white or sepia blown up pictures of the baby after it's born, and use white, ivory, and chocolate as the accent colors around the nursery.
For clothing we are buying a lot of gender neutral items in yellow, green, navy, grey, orange, etc. There are actually a lot of boy items that I think would be very cute for a girl, but maybe that's because I tend to wear a lot of the same darker colors and I'm obviously not a man. The mall is right down the road from the hospital, so I'm sure DH will stop there to pick up a few things while I'm in the hospital still.
We haven't really gotten a lot of stuff, but I think that instead of doing green I want to go with a lot of white; like a scandinavian look. The clothing items we've purchased have all been boys' clothes that would look cute on a girl (gray sweater, red boots, etc). Sam's mom and grandma are hoping for a girl, so I am not afraid that we won't have any girl's clothing should a baby girl arrive!! They will buy out the stores. But I have never wanted a gendered nursery, I have always pictured white walls with lots of colorful accessories. I will try to find pictures to post.
The walls are going to be a khaki-ish color, and the ceiling is a light teal blue. Our furniture is dark wood. TBH I'd really like to layer in more deep blues, but I'm already getting a lot of 'AH, SO IT'S A BOY!' commentary so meh.
Our basic 'theme' is travel... the idea is that it'll be kinda like Indiana Jones' office, with the classic bones to the room but with artifacts from his travels layered in. I'm doing a collage within separate frames (painted mostly chocolate brown with a couple in a punchy teal) of some old-timey posters (like this one) and some stills, mostly from Vintage Printables. I also have a few random things to lay around... a stacking kids' toy an aunt got for me in Russia that looks like a clock tower, a 'jade' dragon, bright yellow baby-sided wooden clogs. I'm making 2 mobiles. One will be made of moravian stars in the Calder form, the other will be paper cranes around a set of concentric hoops, kind of like this one: https://www.flickr.com/photos/reesedixon/2948040180/
For clothing, we're getting one of those Old Navy fleecy bear suits (because I just can't resist!), some onesies and a pack of bibs. My SIL handed us down a lot of baby clothes, and I have no earthly idea what's going on in terms of showers, so if nothing ever materializes we're set for the first week at least, heh.
We are getting the ikea crib (Gulliver) this weekend and looking at some chairs (a chair from Best HF line is our top choice so far, but we need to test it out in person).
I love your inspiration! It looks so pretty. It's great and very neutral.
We are not team green, but we wanted to do something a little different that would be gender neutral-so we went with primary colors. The walls are white with bright decals, and we have a bright multicolored rug. On the wall over the crib, we have bright dots. By the cube organizer, we have a couple of cute animal stickers. On the opposite wall, we have a decal of two thin birch trees with bright leaves and little birds. It's eclectic but it's FUN and I absolutely love it so far.
this is part of the room (I need to take more pics with better lighting).
For clothes: we are hoping we can stock up on neutral/white onsies (long sleeve etc). We are registering for a few orange, lime, yellow and green colors onsies as well. My parents and ILs agree that we will go shopping afterward to get some clothes if we need to, but we will buy the basics.
We have a different situation. We are expecting to move somewhere new as early as June, so we made the decision to forgo doing a fully decorated nursery until after we move. We also decided that since LO will be in our room at the beginning we are going to wait on buying bedding until after LO is born. We did look at the gender neutral bedding, but just couldn't find anything that we were 100% in love with. So right now we have just registered for white or cream crib sheets.
As for clothes, we have been getting the basic plain white onesies, and some gender neutral colored/patterned sleepers and outfits (green, yellow, gray, white, animal prints). We also have a supply of girl clothes on hand from a friend. So if LO is a girl we won't need to buy as much after birth, but I am fully expecting to have to go shopping after LO is born, and I have gotten a few gift cards to places like Baby Gap and Carter's, which I am looking forward to! As nice as it is to get baby clothes as a gift, I almost would rather go shopping for clothes myself, it's just so much fun!
In terms of clothes, right now the baby has three sets of pj's and that's it. I'll probably get a few neutral things and then some boy and girl stuff closer and return the sex we don't have. I have a feeling we won't have a lot of clothes beforehand.
We chose white furniture and cream+chocolate colors for paint/fabric. I am looking to add some touches in pistachio/raspberry. It's all planned, but we won't be able to really start on it until November.
We figured we'll mostly invest in clothes for the first 3 months, but just a basic number of items at first before LO is born. We picked mostly white, pale blue or pink onesies and a cream homecoming outfit. We're within 15 minutes walking-distance of 2 very nice baby stores, so we can just add items as we need them.
I think as long as baby is so little, pink onesies on a boy are perfectly fine, as long as they are not blaringly so and not worn exclusively. I would love more green/yellow items, but somehow most things in stores are blue and pink. I don't get it, why not offer a whole range of pastel colors? They could really entice me to spend way more than planned just because I wouldn't be able to make up my mind about which color to pick, so I'd end up buying a favorite item in several colors.
I basically want that nursery. The walls are already painted a really light green, and I want white furniture (haven't picked it out yet)
As far as cloths I have NO idea. I did make baby a white sweater (I knitted it), and I'm working on another one that is green, yellow, and white. I also have a few hand-me-down cloths that most look like boy stuff, but I could pretty easily turn it into girl stuff if I add some flowers/bows.
I'm probably going to have a shower, because my family loves to surprise me (which I pretty much hate surprises, but I don't have the heart to tell them), so I am leaving a lot of the cloths purchases until after I see what I get. I might also wait until the baby is here to get most of the cloths. I figure the first month or 2 in the middle of winter baby is going to be bundled in blankets and warm pajamas.

I love love love the decal on the wall... did you get this at Esty?

My decor is western & my mom will be making all the bedding, curtains, etc. The colors are tan, brown, cream, red and some bluish-aqua. Because of the bluish color, I'm having a ruffle sewn to the quilt and the crib skirt. It should be pretty gender neautral.
For clothing I've done a little of everything. I think I should have enough clothes to get through the 1st 2 weeks regardless of the gender. Between going to thrift stores and 2nd hand sales and then buying stuff on sale I've managed to have a good assortment of boys, girls & neutral clothing. I figure what I don't end up using I can always donate back or save for a 2nd child. (My only 'rule' has been that I can only buy girl or boy clothes if it is REALLY cute. I do have quite a bit though!)

We are doing blue and green bedding https://tinyurl.com/2eevfxz from etsy and then we have dark espresso furniture. My inspiration is a combo of these two rooms. https://gallery.projectnursery.com/projects/396-Cozy-Boy-Nursery and https://gallery.projectnursery.com/projects/192-Twists-on-a-Classic We want like a clean/modern/vintage look. I'm going to repaint an antique nightstand for next to the chair. The walls are going to be a mocha color too and we have this print for one wall. https://www.zgallerie.com/p-7725-alphabet-zoo.aspx
