I've been really excited about making this ziti all day. Its nothing special really. I just love Italian food. If it tastes good its a meal I'm gonna make and freeze.

here is the baked ziti recipe I use. You can add burger to it if you want. but I don't. It is AMAZING. I am going to make some as freezer meals. I add a little dried basil, oregano and thyme in it too, about 1/2 teaspoon of each. Wink

Finishing the last of my freezer meals, so I've got a pot of chili cooking. We'll probably dig into some of that before I freeze the rest.

My mom makes great chili, but she doesn't use a recipe and this is only my second attempt ever, so I hope it's edible!

All I've wanted for the last few days is breakfast food. So I ate some home made french toast. Last night it was eggs and bacon. I'm sure I'll eat something else in about two hours. Baked ziti sounds really good too!
