I'm bored but can't sleep

in 3rd Trimester
I have been dealing with restless leg syndrome and my dr said that since I am pregnant, they can't treat it.  It's driving me crazy and I can't get any sleep.  Anyone else dealing with this?  Has anyone found anything that helps?

    RLS is a ***. Mine went away with pregnancy though so I got nothing :(

    My legs have been getting all twitchy right before I fall asleep and then I wake up on the verge of charlie horses and have to stretch really quick to prevent it from going full force.

    I have no remedy.

    Like everything else at this point I just deal with it... :( no remedy from me either... sorry

    Stretch for 10m before you go to bed. I mean really stretch like the its a burn and I hate doing it stretch. If that doesn't help try icing where its most annoying. Sometimes this helps me sometimes not. Also do not read or keep yourself up, make sure you go to bed only when you feel you can fall asleep. The longer you sit still the worse it gets. Good luck, I feel for you.
