XP: Flashback Friday- wanna play with me?

If this is not your first baby, post a picture or two of when you had your baby.  Thought it would be fun and get us in the mood for delivery :)

This is right after my son was delivered in 2006.  He looked kinda beat up after being in the birth canal for so long. DH looked so hunky in his scrubs :)

This picture is probably the least flattering picture I have of myself but I like the look of shear joy on my face and love to remember that feeling when looking at it.  It's an amazing feeling to push a baby out!

and this was probably a minute after delivery while they were stiching me up.  She never left my side until maybe 21 hours after delivery, it was beautiful.

Ok, I'm done being an AW, post your flashback friday pictures here:

Above: DS in the OR right after birth.

This is a horrid picture of me, but it's the first time I held DS after the c-section. I was so happy to finally be able to touch him!!

  • Minutes old! I didn't have many pictures of both of us because I had bells palsy and didn't want my face in them. I can't believe this tiny baby is almost 4 now!

Your kids are cute.. but all I can think is... "She got to wear her own tank top!!!" I hope my hospital lets me do the same.  Isn't that terrible that that's all I can think about here?

It's terrible really, when I got there they told me to take ALL my clothes off and put the gown on and I was like, "oh h*lls no."  There was no way I was going to be completely naked.  Everything progressed so fast after that so noone said anything- I'm glad I left it on too cause I was so hot while pushing I stripped the gown off.
