OK- I know we all have or stranger comments vent. The one I read below about if you are sure you are the baby's father was really bad.
A tech at my Dr.'s office asked me how many babies I have. I said one, and she said "are you sure about that". When I asked what she was getting at she said she was just joking. Ok my chart says I had twins and one is not living so thanks for joking about my dead baby. I really complained to the Dr. about her.
And today at the Hospital I find out baby is measuring small and they send me for monitoring at Triage. So in the elevator on my way to triage this lady starts telling me how small I am and how important it is to be small. OK you are talking to a pregnant woman at a hospital she is probably here for something other than routine, could it be because being small is a problem. Can I make this WTF Friday?

1. Does anyone read the chart before they go in to see patients anymore? A lesson in tact is what that tech needed. I'm sorry she didn't bother to read your chart -- what a douchebag. I would have complained too.
2. Why do people think it's okay to comment on a stranger's pregnancy? I will never understand this phenomenon. Why is it important to be "small" during your pregnancy? As if you or any of us can really help being big or small. That woman needs to give her fvcking head a shake before she spews comments like that. Gah! I hate the public right now!
