    They all have PTSD. Mer and Cristina have it the worse. Mer never told Derek about the miscarriage. Cristina and Owen got married. Neither of them have been cleared for surgery because their effed up. Derek resigned as chief and is on an adrenaline rush. Karev is being a jerk. Um...yeah. That's it. It was a good episode though!

    So who's the Chief?

    And I feel like they reuse some of the story lines. Burke got shot before. Christina had a m/c and was left on the alter. Kerev got married. Plus he's a douche 85% of the time.

    The Chief is the Chief again. And he did the most AWESOME victory dance EVER.  Seriously. You have to find that and watch it over and over and over again.
