I'm so irritated and don't know what to do....

So, we recently moved while I was on BR right before I had Livy.  That ment Troy and family/friends did all the packing and moving.  We were keeping our old house (1 1/2 hours away) and renting to family.  So we had stored some of our stuff in the extra detached garage at the old house.  Well, our renters moved out after only a couple months, so we needed to put it back on the market to rent.  We needed to get the stored stuff out (since it wouldn't be family anymore)

The in-laws offered to store the stuff at my husbands grandpa's house (he'd passed away this year and has a couple of garages sitting empty).  My mil came for a visit a few weeks ago and had brough 2 boxes of random stuff...asking did I want it, could she put it in her sister's garage sale, ect.  I told Troy later that I DONT want his mom going through all our stuff.  I don't know what's all in there (personal stuff) and don't want to deal with it.  That we'll get our own storage unit and move the stuff asap.

I just got two emails from her asking about some towels and a pic of a shelf..do I want the stuff or can she sell it.  Really?!  Troy already told her not to go through it.  Now I yelled at Troy about it and he's upset.  UGH!

    I. am. so. mad!  It's tough because she's a really nice lady who's TRYING to help.  She just doesn't get personal boundries at all.  And Troy's already talked to her and told her not to go through our stuff.  She told him she was just going through the stuff marked garage sale.  Well, the stuff she sent me pic's of and is asking about (and the stuff she brought here) WAS NOT in a box marked garage sale.

    I feel bad for Troy being stuck in the middle too.  That's why the long vent I guess....it's good to hear that you'd be mad too!

    Troy needs to talk to her again, IMO.  It'd probably be best if he just asked her to leave all of your stuff alone until you guys can find a different storage situation.  Oh, man!  Just thinking about it gets me all fired up on your behalf!

    That's what he's going to do.  We need to just get the stuff moved asap to really solve the problem.  It's tough though..we have our new buisness and Livy doesn't travel well...plus, the idea of moving the stuff 2 1/2 hours AGAIN! 

    I just find it sooo odd that she's sending me emails asking if she can sell my stuff.  Who does that?

    Mia - didn't your MIL ruin the surprise birthday party you were planning for Troy? I wish thier was a way of getting her to understand boundries but I have no real advice. My MIL has boundry issues as well

    Oh..... Me & MIL would be all out jerry springer brawling!! lol I already cant stand the lady so this would just be icing on the cake.

    Um, my husband would be driving to wherever my stuff was and loading it into the car.  I have privacy issues, and that crosses a bunch of lines.

    Yes, she did that two weeks ago.  But she said she was sorry...
