Today did not = good

2nd day on bed rest, I wasn't feeling too well. I went to the kitchen to get some water and squatted down to get to a lower cabinet. In my attempt to get up my heart started beating really hard and I got out of breath.

So I lay back down in the bed and tried to relax. I took my BP and it was similar to the other day at my drs appt (140/95). I called the Dr, and the nurse let me know that if I got out of breath like that again that I was to go straight to L&D.  It almost felt like an adrenaline rush; heart racing, out of breath, shaky feeling. She said I sounded ok at the time and that she would see me tomorrow.

:( I hope tomorrow turns out better. I told MIL I was hoping to get off bedrest tomorrow after the appointment, but she said she didn't think that would be possible. I hate not being able to do anything, but I really can tell my swelling and such has gone down dramatically since I've been off of work.
