Breastfeeding

A few questions....

I'm sure these have all been asked before....but not by me =)

How much/many ounces do you pump per session, and how long is that session?

How many ounces did or does your baby eat at 2-3 weeks old?

How many days after storage do you use a refrigerated bottle?

How long are you freezing milk for?

I think that's it =)

Re: A few questions....

  • I appreciate your response, but the reason I need to pump occasionally is because if I need to leave to go somewhere my son still needs to eat. Example...I had my post partum obgyn appt. and a doctor appt. to get a shot today and I had to pump two bottles to leave him because I don't want to take him in public yet. The reason I'm asking an amount is not to measure what he is eating, but to get an estimate to make sure I'm not under feeding if he needs a bottle. He got a bottle at 5 days old and still nurses like a champ...no problems between bottle and breast. Like I said, thanks for your opinion.
