I have two friends. Friend A moved away and Friend B wants to go visit
Friend A out of state. Friend B books a flight and sends Friend A her
itinerary WITHOUT confirming dates. And yes, Friend B is staying with
Friend A and Friend A has to take 3 days PTO from work now. Anyone else
find that completely rude and weird?

You don't understand the appeal of Benedict Cumberbatch / think he's fug / don't know who he is? WATCH SHERLOCK. Until you do, your negative opinion of him will not be taken seriously.
Yes weird and rude.
My ILs did that to us. Bought tickets without talking to us. And then MIL had the nerve to get pissed that I have plans with my friends (and will be taking the baby with me) on Saturday (they get in tonight and Alex has to take Friday off b/c I will not be stuck with them all day).
Um, you didn't check to see if it was a good time to come so STFU.
This, and I know people who have done that before. I myself have precious little paid time off and would absolutely not use it because someone invited themselves over for a visit.
