Braxton Hicks?

Is it too early for BH's?  I never had them with DD.  Not to mention I barely had any contractions at all prior to induction.  But that is all that I can think of this as.  They have been sporatic for the last week, I will be walking along and feel like everything tightens.  I am considering calling the doctor, but am trying to not become a pain in the butt patient!

Re: Braxton Hicks?

  • Could it be RLP? Your doctors job is to answer your questions, Give him a call! My doctor stressed to call for anything, no matter how small.

  • I know with DS I was told you get them starting around 14 weeks, but I swear I've felt some already with this one. Maybe it's that we know what they feel like now? I think if you notice it more than once in a while you should call, but if they're reasonably rare (once or twice a day) then probably not worry. I am glad I'm not the only one, I was thinking I must be crazy!
  • i am having that and I thought it was the ligament stretching you get in the beginning.
  • I agree you notice them more sooner with each pregnancy.  I've felt a few already.
