Would you consider this spotting?

Would you consider brown tinged CM spotting? It wasn't a flow of blood (brown, pink, or red) but rather some brownish mucus?

Just trying to decide if I should call doc?

    Probably not.  Even if it is "spotting", my nurse said only to be concerned if the spotting was bright red.

    Any cramping?

    Not sure but to ease your anxiety I would call the doctor. This way you can be sure and put your mind to rest. GL and T&P to you!

    I might consider it spotting. If you're worried, I'd call your doctor. It can't hurt to get some peace of mind from them.

    I'm a day ahead of you and just starting spotting last night too (light tan/light brown) and still am.  I called my dr this morning just to put my mind at ease and they said so long as it's not accompanied by heavy cramping, darkening in color, etc. that it's probably implantation bleeding and to just keep an eye on it.

    They also said it could be "old blood" from my last AF leaving my body.  I'm still on my guard but trying to stay positive until my 1st appt next Thursday.  If you're in doubt, call your dr.

    It is free to call your doctor... especially as it could easy your mind so you are not worrying all night.

    If you don't think it was from recent events, like sex or going #2, then I would call.  It's just better to be put at ease and they expect you to call for this type of thing.

    If it's from one of the above, then I'd just see if it subsides within the next couple of hours.
