  I think it's normal--just due to hefting around more weight and organs shifting.  I've had it in both of my pregnancies.

  Mine hurts between my shoulder blade and spine. I think it is a mixture of sleeping on my side and my giant boobs.

  I get it too... I think it's from standing and walking differently, and this time around from hefting my toddler around! Right now I have tingling/ numbness between my shoulder blades! Nice!

  I have entire back pain. The middle of my back was in horrendous pain from weeks 17-22. I thought I would die, really. Now it's more all over.

  It could be the weight shifting, and hopefully it is, but you might want to mention it to your doctor.  Upper back pain (especially on the right side and through shoulder blades) can be a sign of gallbladder problems.

  Yeah, I gave my doctor a call and we're going to check out my gallbladder next week just in case.  The pain just sucks!
