You can experience symptoms of ovulation and still not drop an egg, right?
I am EBF, on the mini-pill, and have still not had a period pp, yet I'm experiencing EWCM and my face is breaking out like it always used to when I O'd. We've been using condoms as back-up protection (I'm paranoid like that after all the BFP posts on 0-3) but we had an oopsie last night and I have no desire for 2U1.
Also, are any of y'all considering charting after your babies are born, to TTA? I'd like to but is there any point since you can't really count on a baby to have consistant sleep habits? Betsy's always been a good sleeper but at least once a week she's awake during the night, especially lately--I think we hit the 4 month wakeful period a little early.
Re: Remind me (question from TTC days)
When I was on BCPs for my first IVF I had a TON of EWCM. Maybe it's just the hormones from the pill.
Yes, you can experience the symptoms of ovulation and not drop an egg.

I've always imagined it as more of a PFFT feeling, like spitting watermelon seeds out of your mouth.
It actually feels kind of like an RLP, a sharp, sudden pain in the side of your abdomen. Not everybody feels it, and if you're not charting, you probably would never associate the feeling with ovulation.
