  • I'm doing not so bad, I do still walk everynight, I do drink milk 1-2 a day, but I stil need to work on the more veggies and fruits part...

  • This week has been good so far. I didn't eat very well yesterday - but I'm doing good on everything else.
  • I have been really good about the gym this week. I have gone every day except yesterday and plan on going today and tomorrow also.

    I haven't been very good with eating. With AF here I have been carb crazy.

    I guess we will see what happens on Sat. when I weigh in!

  • I think I'm actually doing pretty well. My October goal was to lose 5 pounds and eat more veggies. I'm already down 2.5 pounds this week. I also have been doing really well making veggies with every dinner and bringing the extras in for lunch the next day. So far so good. Yes
  • I am doing awful, I actually gained 5 lbs but I am thinking it is bloat because how can you can 5 pounds over night, at least I am hoping it is bloat.?

    Oct. Goal:  run faster!

    I am doing ok with my goal - I went to the track on Tuesday night and plan to make that a weekly thing.  :)

  • Can you update me to cycle 11? 

    I'm not doing that great - I've been eating and drinking a bit too much and not working out!  Sun I am running a half marathon (so far the furthest I've gone is 4.5 miles.  YIKES!) 

    I've been trying to cut back on carbs and get more protein and dairy - and to get back to the gym.
