huge parent fail this morning :(
I got distracted while putting Emily in the car this morning & when I went around to get her out at daycare, I hadn't buckled her straps! I just put them over her shoulders & left 
Luckily the drive to her in-home provider is less than a mile & just through a little neighborhood, but I was still horrified that I did that. I told Emily, if she notices that anyone forgets to buckle her in, tell them!

We all make mistakes, and at least nothing happened! And like the PP said, the good thing about making a mistake like that is you usually never do it again because you'll be so diligent about buckling up.
Don't be so hard on yourself...Thanks God nothing happened. Next time you won't forget.
