inducing labor with pineapple

I read that you could induce labor by eating pineapple so yesterday, I ate a whole can.  It didn't work, but I am no longer constipated!

    lurking here, but the pineapple has to be fresh, not canned.

    I ate about a million fresh pineapples.  I ended up getting induced, but I was two weeks early, so who knows if it would have helped had I have been due.
