WTH am I going to do if I am sick tomorrow for my c-section??

Obviously I am going to call the doctor first thing if I wake up full-blown sick, but omg....

I feel it coming on! My throat went from being fine a few hours before, to now being sore.... and it keeps getting worse.

Just based on that alone, should I call the doctor in the morning if my throat is still sore? This is usually how upper respiratory infections start for me! UGH, this sucks!!!!!!!!! Do you think they'd want to reschedule? 

I'm sure women have delivered while sick/not feeling 100% before, but this makes me super nervous!!!!! I'm having a repeat c-section. Tongue Tied

    Yes - call your Dr. first thing in the morning.  they may reschedule depending on whether or not it's an infection.  If you do have an infection in your body, the last thing any Dr. would want to do is perform surgery risking things even further.  hope it doesn't last.

    I'm in the same situation! I have a scheualed c/s for Friday and today to get alot worse. My allergies turned into a sinus infection. So hopefully by Friday I will be ok!

    I asked my ob about this EXACT senario.. I usually get sick around the first of nov or a little later and I am having a repeat c section nov 10th and freaked out to what I do if I am sick on the day of my c section. She told me that they deal with it and go ahead with the c section but.. I am high risk and she wants to get her out asap after 39 weeks as I had pre e and hellp syndrome last time and was very sick.  I would definatly call in the morning to see if they still want you to come in.. they might tell you somehting different than i was told.. I am sorry you are getting sick :(
