Actually yes I missed that. I've seen multiple posts from parents who worked all day and are just getting caught up.

Excuse me, but my daughter who has been under weight from the get-go has been eating a whopping 12 oz a day the past few days. If this is the reason, I want to know. If I could simply throw the can away and get a new one, I would. But I need to know if I can feed her what I have or if I need to drive 30 miles to the nearest store to find something that's SAFE. Not to mention that by this time tomorrow all of the local stores will be sold out of anything that isn't tainted!

And I'm glad you got your answer so quickly. Some of us have been trying for HOURS!

If you're that worried, throw it out, go buy the Enfamil version of your formula. It sucks, I'm sure but if you're that worried that's what I'd do.

I get that...but you've probably already dealt with lots of mini catastrophes as a third time mom. This may be her first and she's seems pretty upset. I think we could all give them the benefit of the doubt.

Yes but unlike switching brands of MILs because yours is bad for your LO switching formula is easy. If you're worried and you can't get through, don't panic. Go buy a different brand.

Yes, but if they've already eaten the tainted food, no amount of hysteria can undo it. If people are so concerned, they should just go buy a different brand. Done and done.

And now, of course, every baby that so much as burps is going to send a mom into panic mood, and the board is going to spend the next three weeks full of nothing but "I think my LO is growing bugs in her stomach" type freak outs.

It's going to be pampergate all over again.

Holy cow...I don't even care about that...you are assuming I'm setting here not feeding my baby cause I can't figure out how to switch formulas without you tell me how to. I don't care about any of that. I'm trying to find out if I'm on the recall list so I can return the $200 of formula I have and get something that will last her through the week. Of course we went and bought her something to get throught the next two days. YOU are the drama here!

I agree the panic is unnecessary but that might be the second time mom in me. I ran out and got a new can and all is now good. I am however wondering if it had anything to do with his sudden tummy issues though.
