Possible Pre-Term Labor?

Background: I am having twins and am 34 weeks pregnant.  I had to go to L&D for contractions and cramps twice last week, so I am on Procardia. 

All day I have been having cramps, lots of lower back pain, nausea, and diarrhea.  And overall, just feel weird.  Do you guys think I could be having pre-term labor issues?  Thanks

    FWIW, it sounds like early labor to me.

    I'm a little late on this but I was told by both my OB and the nursing staff in L&D b/c of the twin factor not to f around if you think you're having preterm labour or at term having contractions -- don't wait. Just go to triage or give your physician a call. You're in a whole different boat with multiples.
