    lol i was going to say "i dont have kids in daycare but here the avg is $250/week"

    I'm in DFW too, actually use a daycare in McKinney and we pay 225.00.

    We pay $156.00 a month for 6 hours a day 5 days a week and that is for two kids. Our day care is on a grant that allows them to charge very little. It is also a tribal day care that you have to be a member of the tribe or work for the school to use. Lucky for us, my DH works for the school. The day care is also in Forks/La Push, WA, which is a very small town.

    We pay $33 per kid per day. I work as an RN so at most we require 3 days per week. Some weeks it's none (if I work a weekend and my mom has them on Tuesdays). It is a licensed daycare.

    This poll doesn't apply to me, but to give you another location/price,  my ex husband paid $600/mo total for 2 children.  That was in Kansas City, Missouri and it was a licensed home daycare with a lady with many years experience.

    $215 a week here for a licensed daycare in Southern California. This price includes care, diapers and wipes and when she gets old enough baby food. I do have to premake her bottles of formula for each day.

    My little girl goes to daycare 5 days a week for 9 hours each day.
