Coming out of hiding... intro post

Hi everyone! I've been lurking around for a couple weeks, and figured it was time to say hello. My name is Jen, and I'm due May 9th. I won't have my first doctor's appointment until Monday, at 8 weeks. I think after that, it will feel more real! My DH and I haven't told anyone yet, so it feels strange to even be typing this!

Welcome, Jen! We haven't told anyone else yet either. We are waiting for our confirmation appointment, which is today. I have found it easier to keep my mouth shut since joining the board and starting my blog and baby website. Once I go public, I will make them search-able and share them so that people will know why I have been withdrawn a bit. We plan on telling my parents this weekend, then I can atleast talk to my MOM!!!

We have our first appointment on Monday at 9am, and after that we plan on making our announcements. It is killing me not to tell people! Any time I smell something(which I have had a knack for even BEFORE we were pregnant) I have to run away. People must think I'm crazy!
