New carseat/baby wearing invention needed

I wish it was possible to stick DD into her carseat and just buckle the beco in. I had her sound asleep after walking to my car after a study group today. Of course the instant I take her out she wakes up and is ready to go. She's been awake 2 hrs now, and she only had that 15 minute nap for the last 6 hours!

Ds doesn't sleep when I wear him but I can see how that would be super frustrating. I love the pics, especially on TBW, of babies asleep on their wraps after mama has taken them off.
