a. After a week, I noticed results (muscles forming), I did not loose weight for the first few weeks. I did it for 30 days
b. I did it the first time every day and noticed the most results. I've been doing it off and on (3-4 x a week for the past few months) and I've not noticed that many changes.
c. I'm actually getting bored and am planning to start adding some hour long cardio sessions on (from on-demand on cable)
The shred is great. I think to get the maximum results, it works great if you do the shred non-stop and parnter it with another program like running. Also, my 30 day shred results disappeared after 45 days of sitting on my butt But, it's easier now for me to get my muscles back just by doing the shred off and on.

I had pretty much the same experience. I did it every day for 30 days the first time and saw great results. Recently I've been doing it a few times a week and also doing some running. I definitely notice results when I do it because my muscles feel more toned. I get bored with it after a while, though, so I have to take a break from it and do other workouts and then go back to it.

Both. It's a 3-2-1 program.
3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute abs. You do 3 circuits of it for each workout.
Once you've mastered a levl, you move up to the next one, which is more challenging.

One of my favorite cakes ever! I had a blast making this..all handmade with buttercream suds!!!!
I really want to try it - just don't have the hour + to devote to it everyday.
The Shred is ok - it's hard, but I get really bored doing the same 20 mintue thing everyday.
