How do Rachael Zoe and Lady GaGa do it!?!?

Seriously! I have fallen off my shoes twice already today.

Despite the way they may look, it is impossible to look sexy wearing these shoes.  Any sexy factor the shoes might bring is completely overlooked when one has to walk, asss out, arms outstretched for balance, and shuffling.

    Maybe they had their Achilles tendon surgically removed? Like the way some models have ribs removed? You should look into it. Get revenge on your a-hole body. It wants to take your babies away? Fine. You can take one of its most important tendons away. Take that, body!

    My god I can picture my cuts and briuses after just trying them on. Than again I trip and hurt myself anything higher than a sneaker.

    Dude, I can barely walk in 3 inch heels, let alone those!  I blame it on the fact that I never wore heels in high school because I hated being taller than the boys.

    Those are damn sexy shoes!  I can never figure out how...."dancers" can "dance" in those things and make it look sexy.  I'd end up with a broken leg and a black eye.  Yeah, that's hot.

    Probably not if you're looking at the red.

    They're Alexander McQueen. They're about the only boring shoe he ever made but I still feel very avant garde in them just for their McQueenishness.

    I love those! After walking in them awhile you will get used to them. I prefer to wear heels and I have arch issues and when I wear heels my arches don't bother me.

    gaga is just superhuman. rachael zoe is often help up by other people. or sitting in a chair. so have DH just walk you around everywhere.

    m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    Those shoes are HOT! (I too was captivated by the red, but McQueen is awesome, also).

    I think the secret is practice. So I suggest you wear them all the time.
