Ha!
Ok, really... mine are driving me crazy. They are huge and they hurt. I went from a 34 DD to a 34 FF!!! And I'm only 12 weeks (tomorrow). I'm not sure how that is technically possible, since I've also managed to lose 10 lbs. since the BFP due to food aversions and m/s. I'm now having to go to specialty bra stores. And my shirts no longer fit... I'm in my husbands t-shirts and maternity shirts... even though my bump isn't large enough to warrant it, they are nice and roomy in the chest.
And for future reference, do they even make nursing bras in sizes that big? Dear God, how large are they going to get?
Anyway, how much have your boobs grown? Any repeat mamas know how much they grew overall during pregnancy? Do they shrink again?
Re: Tell me about your boobs
So far I've gone from 34B to 36C. I can squeze into the smaller ones but I feel like they are up to my neck, haha. I am small but for them to be this size is a big deal to me. Not to mention in my first few weeks they were so so so sore beyond belief and like someone was tugging at them all the time! (I made my husband massage them and it was like touching a sore muscle, good but bad at that same time! TMI haha) It got better but comes and goes, like right now they hurt alot again. I guess I/We should get use to breast pain. Sorry I dont know much about bra sizes past size C, maybe look it up online! I'm sure the sizes go up pretty high. Good luck!
Mine are bigger and DH eyes go all huge when I undress and godforbid sleeping nude and the covers slip down past them, he thinks it means I want sex LOL! Hello I was sleeping.
The last two pregnancies they are large and when the milk came in WHOAA! hello. They did get smaller after I breastfed but not a whole lot. A little saggie too.
Yes! Mine have veins too. Nipples aren't always hard though, but they are super sensitive! My husband loves that they are bigger but can't touch them too much either because it hurts too bad!
Mine have gone up a size and they hurt like hell. My "big" bras that I wear later in pregnancy are still a little too big, so they do grow more.. but how much depends on the person.
Mine went back down to normal (36C) after both pregnancies and they didn't get saggy. I've heard that breastfeeding makes them saggier, but I don't know if that's true. I formula fed my first 2 babies. Oh, and I have heard wearing a bra all the time (even at night) helps eliminate sagging.. pregnant or not. So, most of the time, I wear one! (I don't like being all out and hanging loose anyways) haha
Oh, and I'd like to add: my 1.5 year old son came running up to me while I was lounging tonight and landed RIGHT ON THEM. YOWZA!!!!
Seriously swollen and painful and my nipples are enlarged. I don't think I'm up a full size yet, but it's only a matter of time before I'm shopping for a D.
My migraine medicine, which I've had to take twice now causes insane breast pain, to the point that I was icing them down the other night. As if the migraine pain wasn't enough.
Pre-pregnancy I was a 38 D. My bra is tighter, but I don't want to purchase new bras yet... my bras are just too expensive. I'm going to try to hold out til at least 20 weeks and get measured.
H says they are huge, if his opinion counts, lol.
They don't hurt under normal circumstances, but sometimes when they are rubbed the wrong way it feels like they are being pinched and it hurts! Most of the time they are just a tad more sensitive. There are veins already. I don't know anything about sagging, this is my first child.
