Looking for wide base nipples that are slower than Medela slow flow

The Medela slow flow nipples are a great shape for DS's mouth, but the flow is a little fast--milk leaks out of his mouth when he eats. Has anyone found a nipple that can be used in the Medela wide base collars that is a slower flow?

    Dr. Brown's makes a preemie flow.

    I use these and DD seems to leak less with these than when I breastfeed her.

    Has anyone used the Dr. Brown's or  Breastflow nipples in a Medela collar? Or would I need to buy the whole set up?

    (I have about 10 Medela bottles that came with my breastpump and a shower gift, so I'm hoping to avoid buying a bunch of other bottles. I also like the travel caps that fit on the Medela collars.)

    I thought that the Medela flow was a little fast too.  I haven't tried to use a different nipple with the Medela collar but I have found that Dr. Brown's work well and Born Free's level 1 is even slower than Dr. Brown.
