Whats in your LO's fall wardrobe?

I have no idea how to shop for the fall lol. I figure 2-3 long sleeves, some jeans, and maybe a couple of sweaters? Have you started shopping for the fall? I bet it's easier to prepare in states where the season actually changes :-P

eh, i didn't bu y anything for cooler weather until i heard that it was going to drop. I purchased a zipper hoodie at first... remember, in south florida, it may be freezing in the morning, but it goes back up to 80 by like 10 am! Get things that can be removed and layered. No sense spending tons of money on warm clothes if they're going to be worn at most 4-5 times!

Well I went online and got some last minute summer stuff from gapbaby since my daughter was going into the next size. I also got lots of cute skirts, and dresses from target. I got a zip up hoodie from Gap. We are going to my parents up north so I did buy some leggings to go under skirts, and a few sweaters. I went with the whole layering thing....because I just can't imagine it getting cool anytime soon down here. I have been here for 12 years, and i never wear anything for cool weather until november or so.

Last year we only had a few things and then we ended up with a really long winter. It doesn't usually get cold enough for the long sleeved stuff until November, but it stayed cold last year through March, and finding warmer clothes then was impossible cause all the summer stuff was in stores already! This year I got about 10 long sleeved shirts, and 5 pairs of pants, and 2 zip up sweatjackets. It might be too much if we don't have a long winter, but I got most of it on sale at Carters and Old Navy for less than $5 per article of clothing!

I just made sure we had a few long sleeve shirts, pants and a jacket. I agree last year was strange. I had to buy a bit more (of course they don't fit them now) because it wasn't really warming up during the day. But usually they are fine with a long sleeved shirt during the day and in the mornings and evenings pair it with a jacket.
