We just formally decided that I would stay at home last week! I'm very excited...looking for some mom groups and play groups in my area (Atlanta/Brookhaven)...but, thought I'd look here, too!
Made my first made-up-recipe dinner tonight...and just in case he wasn't sure, he now realizes that he did not marry Martha Stewart. (He's an amazing cook and has cooked most of our meals since I met him!!) He was very appreciative and thanked me for trying (and ate every bite!)
Looking for a good recipe for a London Broil that I bought today...any ideas?
Re: Hi ladies! (and recipe advice needed)
Here's a marinade for your london broil - it's really GOOD!
I would marinade it and grill it. I would also boil the marinade and use it as a dipping sauce! YUM!
Marinade:
4 large garlic cloves, minced
4 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. dijon mustard
1-1/2 tbsp. Worstechire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp dried oregano, crumbled
1 tsp dried basil, crumbled
1 tsp dried thyme, crumbled
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2/3 cup olive oil
Mix all ingredients and marinade in fridge for 8 hours.
