I woke up this morning with a little spotting dark not bright red on the toilet paper. My Dr. wanted me to go to ER to get checked out. Ultrasound looked good baby still there and the sac but when they numbers for my blood work came back they were exactly the same from last week 
The baby is no longer growing and they told me I will probably miscarry. Needless to say we are devestated this was our first. I want to wish you all good luck!
