Prenatal yoga classes in Macomb?

I'm delivering at Troy Beaumont, but their prenatal yoga & aqua moms classes are all the way in Southfield or something super far for me (I'm at m-59/Hall Road and Garfield).

Has anyone gone through or know of any anywhere else? Maybe at St. Joe's (er, Henry Ford) or anyplace else?

    I wasn't able to find one when I was pregnant. However, you can call around to yoga studios and ask if they have any instructors that are knowledgeable about variations for pregnant women. Some teachers are trained, but don't teach a specific class so they can help guide you through a regular class with just a few modifications. HTH.

    I go to the yoga classes at Lifetime (though I'm not pregnant, my friend that I go to class with is). The instructors are really good about finding modifications for her!
