Horrible Gas and Bloating after Retrieval on Saturday

Has anyone else experienced this?  It is almost bad enough for me to go home from work.

On a positive note - 19 eggs retrieved, 10 fertilized.

TTC #1 and Only Since August 2008 DH: Severe Male Factor Infertility (Diagnosed July 2009) Me: Clean bill of health 2 IVF w/ICSI cycles + 2 FET = 3 BFP = 3 Chemical Pregnancies FET #2 = BFN Tired of IVF - Trying for a miracle with IUI IUI #1 - 1.1 Million Motile = BFN Surprise Natural BFP on 1/10/12...Praying this is our take home baby

    Pretty standard.  Plus you had a lot of eggs retrieved.  Drink lots of Gatorade and eat salty foods.  I believe it is supposed to help draw out the water that is now filling your ovaries.

    I've not experienced this, as we don't start the ivf process for 3 more months, but I wanted to say Yay for 19 and 10! That's happiness! :)

    Dx -Ute cancer, DOR from cancer treatments, and embryo quality issues. NOV 2010 CANCER FREE
    2005-2011= 3 Rounds of Clomid, 5 IUI's, 3 IVF's- ALL BFN's
    After 7yrs TTC, 5yrs of ute cancer, and 11 failed IF treatments, we got a surprise BFP! So thankful!

    Thanks! I feel like the nurses rattle things off at me and I never fully get what they are saying.  My office is kind of like a factory in that way.  Everyone always rushing around...rushing people in and out of the rooms, etc.  I just don't walk out with all the info I need.  Thanks again.
