Remote controls, cell phones, my wallet, and keys. As for toys, she loves the FP Learning Home, baby dolls, books, anything that makes noise, and the ball popper.
She really likes her FP Laugh and Learn Kitchen (I wish I had gotten the home though) and the table with a laptop and phone, etc on it. She also likes the FP walking stroller.
My DS loves toys that make noise and play music, especially toys that he can pull up on. Our DCP has these activity tables that light up and play sounds and music and he goes crazy over them.
ETA: He also loves the stackable plastic cups that fit inside each other, as well as toys that come apart.
Kieran loves any of the Vtech toys that light up and make noise (microphone, nursery ryme book, lady bug shape thingy), his ball popper, keys, his activity table and these...
Oh, and in terms of what kind of books, DD loves them all, but especially loves any that she can manipulate, like touch n feel, lift the flap, cloth books with buckles, etc.
G has been really into the simple things like the blocks from his FP shape-sorter, the balls from his ball popper (although he's terrified of the actual ball popper) and the rock-a-stack. He also LOVES his FP Stack 'n Action Choo Choo and a basketball hoop that's a three-in-one sports thing.
At 10 months definitely books!!! Especially bigger ones for some reason. Anything that had buttons she could press to make noise/play music, and toys she could pull up on.
My mom's getting her an elephant ball popper for her birthday, and I think she's going to love it. We also have some balls that are clear and have different things inside (got them at BRU). And I think we're also going to get her the FP Learn and Groove table, since she loves music so much.
But mainly, she loves anything she can't have!

Re: your 10-month-old's favorite toys?
My cell phone, my laptop, the remote control, the cranks on the window well, the hinges on the front door, the stairs......
Seriously, my kid is so bored of toys it's annoying. He figures them out in 2 seconds and wants to play with "real" stuff!
)
Basically anything she's not supposed to have!
Nah, right now she loves stuffed animals, she loves to hug them. She loves things that make noise. She LOVES books.
I'm not much help. Basically she loves everything!
DD is also into things she isn't supposed to have
But she loves books and stuffed animals too.

Musical instruments, stacking cups, activity table, fisher price laugh and learn kitchen.

all of the veggies make some kind of noise and he loves shaking them. It's the only toy he hasn't gotten bored of in 3 minutes or less.
Anything that isn't a toy...lol. Seriously though, remote controls, cell phone, lap top..you get the idea.
She does really love her blocks (any kind, really)...and her Leap Frog Learn and Groove Music Table. And books....she LOVES books.
FP activity table
FP shape sorter/cookie jar - she used to take the pieces all out, now she is sticking them in the right shapes
FP shopping cart - she is running with this these days
DD's not ten months yet, but she loves:
Books
Whoozit: https://www.amazon.com/Manhattan-Toy-201210-Whoozit/dp/B0000DJAYT
(She loves chewing on him because her teething is bad)
Jacques the Peacock: https://www.amazon.com/Lamaze-LC27013-Jacques-the-Peacock/dp/B000I2MRLK
(Ditto for the teething)
