I'm not sure if this has been posted here before but someone posted this recipe for pumpkin chocolate chip cookies on the 2nd tri board. I just finished making up a double batch (I had a big can of pumpkin) and they absolutely delicious so I had to share.
And if you're interested, here's my variation: Instead of 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips I used 1 cup semi-sweet and 1 cup dark chocolate. I also used 1 cup of raisins instead of the optional 1/2 cup of walnuts.
Re: For those of you addicted to pumpkin
Oh man do they look good! I am swinging by for a cookie (or 2). I actually am going out for pumpkin icecream. Definitely saving this recipe.
Pumpkin Hershy kisses?! I hope they are in Canada or I may have my next pregger melt-down! :*o(
Those cookies sounds yummy!
This isn't a desert recipie but it is amazing nonetheless. I love making it in the fall.
