No Sew Tutu Tutorial

Since halloween tutus are the talk of the board, might be cheaper to make them yourself and you don't need a sewing machine!

    I totally agree that it's cheaper but the time invested may actually be worth purchasing one.

    I have one I started last November.  It's about halfway completed.  The reason I haven't finished it is because I got tired of cutting the strips. 

    They are super easy, I just didn't have an easy way to do the cutting.  I didn't mind the tying part.
