Where are my 30 Day Shredders at?

I know we talked about doing a daily check in, but I haven't had the time to make a post, sorry!

Today is Day 4 for me. It has gotten easier since day 1. I've been following the girl doing the modified exercises so I think I might start following the other one to keep up the challenge. 

How are you ladies doing? How often do you weigh yourselves? I think I'm just going to weigh myself once a week, because I know my weight fluctuates day to day.

  • Today should have been day 3, but yesterday I skipped.  Then today I managed only half the workout before LO got too fussy and I had to quit to take care of him.  Then instead of starting back up, I just took a shower. 

    I'm just proud that I managed to start it a 2nd time.  After the first workout I honestly said "it's gonna be really hard to find the motivation to do this tomorrow."  But then I thought about it and decided that since it is only 20 minutes I could push myself to do it.  

    Hopefully I won't be too sore tomorrow and can manage more than just half the workout!  

    I'm not sure when I plan on weighing myself.

  • I've done it twice, starting on Wed.  I do it every other day for now and try to walk in b/t.  I was surprised that Level 1 (sort of modified) wasn't that hard for me given I exercised about 0 times while pregnant w/ DS.  I'll probably move up to Level 2 this week to challenge myself.  I am weighing myself and it seems my weight is staying the same for now.

    Its an exercise DVD by Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser).  It rocks!

    30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels.  A workout video by the trainer from The Biggest Loser.  It kicks your butt, but girls on here swear by it.

  • I am going to start on Monday so count me in!  I know I'll be a week behind you guys and I probably won't do it every day, but I plan on running on the days I don't do it.  I am looking forward to being in shape for the first time since I quite playing soccer my Junior year of college!!  I weigh myself every morning but don't put a lot of stock in the "number" since it is usually before I pump.  :o)  I only have 4 lbs to go to my pp weight.
